Pamela Harper Hall, ESQ

ATTORNEY

Pamela Harper Hall is a native New Orleanian who has always had a passion for helping others by being active in her community. Her time in New Orleans was spent in the service of others through her church and various organizations.

She received her bachelor’s degree in  political science from  the University of New Orleans, and her Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law 
Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

She continued to be of service to others by becoming a certified grant writer, researcher, and manager in the town of Mamou, Louisiana.  Additionally, Pamela is a member of the Mamou Drainage Board and a leader in her church.

Pamela’s law practice offers estate planning, mediation, and other civil issues. She is a Louisiana licensed Title Agent who can close residential and commercial property sales.

Pamela continues to serve her community by being the first African American Justice of the Peace in Evangeline Parish.
